My stay was quite pleasant overall. The hotel's location was great, being close to the Malecón, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, the noise from the quads and razors starting right outside our room was a bit disturbing, making it hard to rest peacefully.

However, the service had some issues with multitasking, and the noise from quads and razors outside my room disrupted my sleep. The staff, on the other hand, were friendly and accommodating.
